We require all pets to be up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick/ preventatives. Pets that are not up to date on rabies vaccination will require an extra fee. Dogs that are walking with us will need to have properly fitted harnesses and/or collars, updated ID tags, and a fixed-length leash. Your pets supplies(food, litter, treats, medications, etc.) must be easily accessible and in stock. We do not mind running out to grab more supplies for your pet, but we will require to be reimbursed for the expenses. Cat visits will not be skipped between dates.
Returning home early you will contact us promptly to avoid unnecessary visit charges. Returning home later than expected or delayed we will continue making visits and add the charges to your bill. Services totaling $100 or more will require a security deposit. The deposit will be subtracted from your total. Full payment for services is due at the beginning of the requested service date(s). We do not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation, however we will offer a credit. Cancellations made on the same day will result in a 50% charge for the requested services. 7-14 day cancellation notice: 25% fee, 75% credit.
We are no longer encouraging clients to "leave the key under the mat" or the like. If you do not wish for our company to make and have a key copy on file then there will be a service fee for every key pick up and/or drop off.
New clients booking within 48-72 hours(emergency booking) will require a service charge. During peak times such as holidays, deposits are non-refundable. Services performed during holidays will also result in a holiday fee.
During meet & greets we discuss paperwork, travel dates, contact information, etc. We double-check everything and confirm with you, the client. If you fail to notify us promptly of any changes(incorrect or moved travel dates, contact information, key and code changes, pet medications/food, etc.) a refund will not be issued. In such cases of inclement weather, natural disaster, or a sitter illness we reserve the right to alter plans as we see fit, be it a cancellation, indoor play, or shortening the visit.
